Como nos quedamos unos días en el hotel, nos dieron una suite. Muchas gracias. Sin embargo, cada día se desprendían más baldosas del piso. Era peligroso andar descalzo. Esto debería repararse lo antes posible.
En general, el edificio está bastante viejo, lo que se nota en muchos lugares. Necesita una renovación general. Sin embargo, la zona de la entrada es muy moderna y tiene un diseño agradable.
Además, las habitaciones son muy ruidosas. Podíamos oír casi cada palabra que decían los huéspedes de al lado. Esto también debería mejorarse.
La ubicación es maravillosa, aunque está muy expuesta al viento.
El personal es muy servicial. Por ejemplo, necesitábamos un servicio de lavandería. Funcionó a la perfección.

The hotel location, amenities, restaurant, food, and site were all very very good, people were very kind and attentive, we really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, there were plenty of space to rest and everything was kept very clean, the view that we had for breakfast and dinner were just amazing having the Lago Argentino in front of us! I would surely come back to the same hotel if I ever go to El Calafate again

A very nice hotel, located across from the city of El Calafate, surrounded by nature and with beautiful views of Bahía Redonda. The staff was very attentive. I want to highlight the attention of Ayelen, who served us during dinner. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The room was spacious with a huge bed! And they cleaned it daily, taking care of every detail. It has a sauna, mini-gym, and a game room. Highly recommended.

A very nice place. Very comfortable and with a great view. The people were excellent, very kind and friendly. We stayed for eight unforgettable days. The food was very, very good. Excellent place. When we return to Calafate, we will return to Edenia.

Highly recommended, the rooms are excellent. The staff was very attentive, and the breakfasts were also very good, with a spectacular view of the bay. The location is 7 km from the city center, so I recommend renting a car. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the city center.
