The National Park Los Glaciares covers a wide area with climatic and landscape changes very varied and unique in the wold.

From the high mountain to the steppe all the surroundings changes constantly, the high peaks of the southern Andes turns into hills covered of the typical southern woods as the highs become lower.

Two of the biggest lakes of the continent has their source in the national park.This are Lago Argentino and Lago Viedma.
